CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand unforeseen events may happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give a 24 hour notice by text so I may adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a non refundable fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged. *if you arrive after 10 minute grace period, your appointment may be canceled and 50% of your service will be charged (help me give you and the client after you the time needed for a set you will love!) *no shows will be charged 100% of service booked. no exceptions. *refunds are to our discretion 💗
